Our multidisciplinary team brings expertise in agriculture, finance, planning & monitoring, enterprise development, and community mobilisation.
Ten years of experience in strategic support, project management, programme planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning, and social enterprise development. She leads IDF's day-to-day operations, translating the organisation's vision into impactful programmes across multiple districts of Uttar Pradesh. She has played a key role in establishing the IDF Incubation Centre and strengthening women-led enterprises, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), and natural farming initiatives. Her expertise includes strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, programme implementation, and team leadership.
Leads the strategic design, technology roadmap, and phased implementation of the IDF Incubation Centre. Provides technical leadership in developing the digital ecosystem, strengthening enterprise support services, fostering innovation, and ensuring the Centre delivers effective incubation, capacity-building, mentorship, and market linkages for startups and social enterprises
Provides technical leadership in Natural Farming, including farmer capacity building, bio-input preparation, farm and crop management, soil health improvement, climate-resilient agricultural practices, and sustainable livelihood enhancement. Leads training and handholding support for farmers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), promoting the adoption of ecologically sustainable and economically viable farming systems.
Development professional with expertise in research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. As PMEL Officer, she leads programme planning, impact assessment, data analysis, and knowledge management to support evidence-based decision-making and measurable development outcomes.
Supports financial management, programme coordination, and administrative operations of the organisation. He also assists in legal compliance, human resource management, policy implementation, and documentation to ensure smooth and accountable organisational functioning.
Supports social enterprises, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) through business development planning, enterprise growth strategies, institutional strengthening, and capacity building to enhance sustainability, competitiveness, and long-term impact.

Supports women’s empowerment initiatives by strengthening women’s collectives, facilitating community engagement, and promoting leadership, participation, and social inclusion at the grassroots level.
